**Job Summary:**

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction projects.

- PMP certification is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
- Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates.
